Consultants
Working with W-Holistic Business Solutions is never anything less than rewarding. We give our consultants high levels of influence and responsibility. In this role you would be working in a pro-active team environment, delivering value on client projects. As a core member of our delivery team, you would have the opportunity to lead components of engagements and ultimately engagements as a whole. You would be working on projects directly with Principal Consultant, Senior Engagement Managers, and Business Development colleagues.

Our clients are the cutting edge emerging and middle market companies of the 21st Century, and we have developed unique business development and operational processes to serve them and to participate in their growth.
Position Responsibilities
Manage business development efforts to prospective clients – from initial contact, through client qualification, through proposal development, contract execution, invoicing, and payment. These prospective clients will come both from within the W-HBS network, and via developing and cultivating relationships with referrers such as existing clients, bank officers, attorneys, accountants and much more.
As deals are won, you will then work with your W-HBS colleagues to project manage and deliver services along our solution lines for emerging and middle market companies.
As W-HBS is a small, fast-growing firm, you will also participate in various company-building activities, such as participating in new marketing campaigns and improving the company’s sales and project management processes.
Qualifications
Ability to engage seasoned business owners and executives in meaningful dialogue to assess their needs and objectives
Strong track record of professional sales and business development successes
Proven client management skills with an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, client service-oriented attitude and personality
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently yet also thrive within a team
Strong financial modelling/excel skills including proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail combined with strategic aptitude
Great “Internet” skill sets — email, search, teleconferencing, web conferencing, etc, and the corresponding ability to effectively present oneself “online”.
1 – 3 years relevant work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or an analytics-based or communications-based functional role
Strong character and commitment to outstanding results in everything you do
First Degree required, advanced degree(s) helpful. Degrees with high quant, research, and/or written requirements preferred.
Compensation
Market competitive initial compensation comprised of base salary and variable target bonus; bonuses based on engagement efficiency, client satisfaction, contributions to the firm, and overall company performance

Compensation
A review of the application form will determine the level which the facilitator will be placed on the remuneration ladder. This will be communicated accordingly by the Training Department.
